How to plan meals like a boss! The one thing I do that keeps me on track every week!
Planning my meals each week has been such a game changer for me in my health as well as my weight loss journey. I used to spend HOURS planning and then prepping meals which wasn't a lot of fun. I decided there had to be a better way to do things so I streamlined my process which is what I have shared with you here today.
Losing weight doesn't just happen by accident folks, it takes planning as well as being organised. What I also found was that I was eating so much more exciting, delicious foods when I planned them all out!
An incredible thing happened when I started incorporating more delicious foods that I loved and looked forward to eating - I started to lose weight easily and my health seemed to just fall into place. It became less of an upward battle and more of an enjoyable ride.
