Being a #boss is taking control of your health and not letting other people decide what your health should look like.
It means doing what you need to do for your health like staying at home on a Friday night because you're tired instead of going out because your friends think you 'have' to.
Don't do things to the detriment of your health because you're afraid that people will judge you. Who F-ing cares if they do?!
If you need a break from social situations and commitments to sleep and chill in in front of the TV then that's what you've go to do so you can get back to the place where you do want to be in social situations.
If this is what you want it'll mean making some sacrifices temporarily (not forever!)
Make the commitment if it's what you want to do, not because other people want you to because other people aren't the ones living your life.
ACTION STEPS
Make sure you're making decisions for yourself, not for other people
Take authority, be a #boss and own your life and your health
Knuckle down and make the commitment to what you want to achieve. If it's getting over exhaustion then feel free to say no to social commitments, if it's losing weight say no to staying out late so you've got the energy for the gym in the morning and so on
