If you're not in a high vibe place, then nothing really flows and it's difficult to find the motivation
Without motivation you won't want to keep up your routines or start a new exercise program, or try new healthy recipes. You might start to think 'what's the point?'
What can you do to stay in high vibe? Anything! It's different for everyone - anything that gets you a state that makes you excited, or makes you want to try new things, puts you in a better frame of mind or make you want to interact with people.
Some of the things I like to do and incorporate into my routine: playing loud music (blast some Lady GaGa!), upping my self care routine (a spritz of my favourite perfume, or taking a little longer to use a nice moisturiser),
When you're in a high vibe state, life is just that little bit easier - you don't mind heading out to yoga after a long day at work, cooking dinner isn't a drama anymore.
When you're feeling great about yourself it makes you want to keep doing it so you can stay high vibe
ACTION STEPS
Make a list of the things that make you feel 'high vibe'.
Look for ways to incorporate your high vibe feelings into your routine - maybe you'll take the time to do that fancy hairstyle on a Monday morning or boogie away to Beyonce when you jump out of the shower.
