I am a Life Coach, fur-mama to two Huskies, love a good sing-a-long to classic Disney tunes and like my coffee so strong it will stand up and shake your hand :)

After creating my online coaching business that had all the systems and structures in place, programs ready to go and content being created consistently, I felt let down, flat almost deflated. I had created a coaching business because I was so lit up by supporting my clients create transformation but it just didn’t feel fulfilling, it felt like I was going through the motions.

I realised that I had left out probably the most important, differentiating factor in my business - ME.

I had created a business that had no personality and no soul. I was so afraid of ‘getting it wrong’ that I had completely handed over my power and confidence to my coaches and mentors. I couldn’t take an action without having it validated.

I realised that if I was going to create a business that lit me up, that connected with the people I desired to serve in only a way that I could and allowed me to show up as my crazy self - I had to show up as that woman now. I had to let go of the layers and layers of other people’s ideas, my own limiting beliefs, let go of the fears and figure out WHO I AM.

I believe that when you know who you are, when you step into the most unapologetic version of yourself your natural light and talent shines from within - your greatest work comes from this place because no-one else can create this but you. You become a magnet for the life you desire.

Going through this, I came up with a 3-pillar process which includes MISSION, MINDSET and LIFE STRATEGY that helped me to step more fully into who I am meant to be which re-ignited the fire of my WHY, who I am meant to serve and what I am meant to be doing.

I now support other online coaches to find the same fulfilment, clarity and confidence to show up as the greatest, most unapologetic version of themselves and birth their work into the world from that place of power and magic.
